Takoma Gardener is a home garden tool shop for beginner and hobbyist gardeners. These policies explain how purchases are intended to work when the shop is available.

Products and prices

Product descriptions, images, prices, and availability may change as the real merchandise list is prepared. Prices shown are in USD. When purchasing is available, checkout will show the order details that apply, including any applicable taxes or other charges.

Payment

When purchasing is available, checkout will show the accepted payment methods and currency. Use that checkout for payment; never send payment details by email. Any terms that apply to a payment provider will be presented during that payment flow.

Shipping and delivery

Available destinations, shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout. We will publish a shipping timeframe only when we have a reasonable basis to meet it.

If we cannot ship within a published timeframe or within the timeframe required by law, we will tell you about the delay and give you the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund of unshipped merchandise.

International orders may involve destination-country taxes, duties, customs requirements, and additional consumer protections. Check the rules that apply where you live. Nothing in these policies limits mandatory rights in your country or region.

Cancellations

When purchasing opens, contact customer support as soon as possible to request cancellation, preferably before shipment. The support address will be shown here before orders open. If an order has shipped, see Returns & Refunds for the next step. If we cannot ship within the applicable timeframe, we will provide the cancellation and refund choices required by law.

Returns and refunds

Our planned change-of-mind return window is 30 calendar days from delivery for unused items. Damaged or incorrect orders are handled separately, with return shipping covered by Takoma Gardener for an approved return. Faulty items are not subject to the unused-item condition.
